    2 covers from the Philippines to Scotland 1949 and 1950.  Unusual destinations for Philippines covers, not commonly seen. One with cacheted 88th Anniversary Birth Jose Rizal the Philippines National Hero. Both covers franked with Rizal monument stamps ( 4c) plus 1 with 2c green Rizal portrait. Nice Rizaliana items.
