1955 VINTAGE DISNEYLAND SANTA FE & DISNEYLAND RR TICKET STRIPS ORIGINAL DISNEY 1950's
Up for auction are two very rare Santa Fe & Disneyland RR ticket strips. The strips are in excellent condition with good bright color and well preserved. They each fold in the middle as shown. No other creases or folds are noticed. Strip # 284405 has one small red spot where it says Disneyland Points and the red spot can also be seen on the back (see pictures). That is the only flaw we are finding. The two strips are in consecutive #'s 284404 & 284405.
These strips are very rare and we would like them to sell together as a pair since a pair in consecutive numbers is an even rarer find than usual. Provenance: We have described them as 1955 which is the year the park opened as these tickets were well preserved in an original 1955 The Story of Disneyland Complete Guide first edition (which is also currently for sale on Ebay in a different auction). Therefore, we have every reason to believe these are 1955 the year the park opened, however, the buyer should/can review this information before bidding.
