This page shows a map which is titled
Plan of the City and Environs of Quebec with its
Siege
and Blockade by the Americans 1775 - 1776.
The page accompanied a publication titled "The Revolutionary War and the Military Policy of the United States" which was published in 1911.
Some names I see on Map include Wolfe's Cove, Cape Diamond, Heights of Abraham, Cantonments at Pointe aux Trembles, American Forces Under Gen. Arnold, Suburb of St. John, Menut's Tavern, Hospital Generale, Holland House, River St. Charles, Cantonments at Beauport, Road From Charlebourg, St. Valier St., and many more.
Page measures approx 5 5/8" by 8 1/2",  map approx 4 3/8" by 6 5/8" with blank back on lightweight paper.  It is in excellent condition.
MAP IS MUCH SHARPER AND CLEARER IN REAL LIFE THAN IT IS IN MY BLURRY SCAN.
