Antique Compact Collapsible Parasol Great Condition Stores in Tube J.C Vickery?

I have seen a few of these that are described as coming from J.C. Vickery, Regent St. London although this one is not marked as such. I believe J.C. Vickery was a retailer not a manufacturer. The only marks on this one are on the metal band which is marked "DOUBLE" and "REG346205". Period is late 1800's to early 1900's.
That being said this is a fantastic example of a collapsible parasol. It is in great condition for its age with some normal wear scratches on the tube and areas on the silk umbrella seams that have come apart. The mechanisms are tight and strong.
The parasol fits inside the tube for storage and screws onto the tube for use.
The tube is 17.5" long  x 1.25" (43.5cm x 3cm). The length of the parasol from tip to screw is 15.5" (39.4cm) and it is 23.5" (60cm) wide when opened. The total length with the tube attached is 33" (83.8cm).
