    Description

    Antique umbrella with hand-painted porcelain knob depicting seated woman.  Painted gilt decoration on burgundy background.  Wood shaft with brass ferule.  Badly frayed fabric included and shipped as is.  Handle measures 7-1/4 inches long with the knob measuring 1-1/4 inches in diameter; total length 34-1/4 inches.  Paint shows some wear but no chips or cracks to porcelain; wood shows wear in a few areas (see photos).
