The Revolutionary war was the war that gave birth to the United States.During the Revolutionary War, the Continental Congress required each state to provide an assigned number of soldiers for the Continental Army. Connecticut provided 27 infantry regiments during the war; together, the regiments were known as the Connecticut Line Regiments from the Connecticut Line took part in many of the major battles of the war and played a key role in the United States winning its independence.
The bond appears to be in good condition, considering its age and the material.
