dual adjustable wire tensioning
mechanisms independently adjusted at both ends of the bow…they are

purposely do not include a DC power source
as i feel there is an extensive collection of units on the market so the choice is best left to the buyer. However in order for these bows to work efficiently it is strongly advised/recommended that you obtain a
good quality regulated DC power supply unit equipped with a separately variable Voltage/Amp function and able to supply current within the minimum/maximum range of input Watt requirement for your chosen
bow size.
Please view these min/max current values presented on the basic specifications table presented on this listing... feel free to send a message for further advice if in doubt about a specific choice of power supply for your A-Just Precision bow.
It cannot be overemphasized that for the very best precision cutting results of all five bow sizes the above mentioned variable current/power supply unit is obtained and used… best range choice: min/max 0-60V/0-5A.
This is the best way to precisely control cutting wire temperature for a multitude of EPS/XPS foam densities, accurate wire temperature control can also prolong wire or bow components service life expectancy as it can prevent overheating due to an accidental initial high current surge.

These bows are designed to specifically use only a
low voltage/current (Max 60V/5A) DC power supply unit
in order to properly/safely work, It is very important that the buyer/user
does not even attempt to connect these units directly to an AC 110/220Volt high current/voltage outlet or other AC high power electrical source
as this action is extremely dangerous and can lead to physical harm or property damage.
Units use the hot wire concept to cut through foam materials, please be extremely careful not to touch the hot cutting wire while the bow is powered up and used as this action can lead to severe physical harm and skin burns.
All bow sizes are produced using high quality industrial grade components to ensure a long and dependable service life and safety to the user, however each individual buyer/owner is solely responsible for their correct use according to every purpose designed in function and he additionally must conform and strictly follow
every safety/correct use note described in the owner’s manual which is included with each bow package… we strongly advise that this manual must be read thoroughly many times and clearly understood before first use of your bow.
It is strongly advised that buyers/users do not unnecessarily disassemble, modify or do drilling or other machining operations on their bows… these actions could lead to possible damage of internal components or cables and compromise the safe use of your bow.
A-Just precision bows are very practical and easy to use units supplied with a very detailed/extensive manual describing foam cutting operations and correct use of your bow with great detail so even first time users are guided to success.

boxes specific/suitable for each individual bow size… these are made of a hard flute exterior cardboard box reinforced internally with thick foam supporting members, this packaging concept produces

- Item(s) is part of my private collection with all building projects based on knowledge gathered through 40+ years of aero modeling career and not bought second hand or for the sole purpose of a commercial business profit, as I am just a private seller, therefore I can personally attest for the quality of each item built and send.
- Every item is thoroughly inspected for good condition and/or functionality before listed in eBay and double checked again before finally shipped.
- Buyer will receive exactly the number and depicted quality of the items shown in the photos unless stated otherwise, as there are some cases that a specific item maybe present just as an aid for the photo session.
