D Howard Hitchcock Hawaii watercolor painting Makapuu Rabbit Island 6x9 in Oahu

Signed Dwight Howard Hitchcock watercolor at Makapuu bay on the windward side of Oahu. Appromately 6 by 9 inches and unframed. Age unknown because I haven't done much research on it  but the sticker on the back indicated probably 1905 before the San Francisco earthquake and fire, although I haven't found any matching confirming. Regardless this is a wonderful watercolor. Rabbit Island and Black Island and the big swells which is indicative of Makapuu. Painted at a time when not many people traveled out to the windward side of the island. Money back for any reason if not satisfied and will pack well. Note the sticker is upside-down on the back in relation to the painting.
