SPOOLS Faster than D2 types

GATED, Mechanical Closed loop (senses actual boost pressure & responds to it...MECHANICAL "SMARTS" , this is why boost is more stable and faster spooling . D2 types have no means of sensing & reacting to pressure changes, although it is electronic it is essentially acting like a needle/bleed type boost control, therefore it leaks boost to the wastegate far before the boost set point, this creeps the wastegate open , thus slowing spool up. Also , with Circuit Se7ens you can quickly adjust from the cockpit between two discrete boost levels rather than fine tuning a knob while you are racing....even with a microswitch (you supply) on your shift mechanism ...automatically.

it's a dual stage remote controlled manual boost controller, if you want to make it 3 stage (or more), you can buy an "adder module" later.
(it comes with two nickel plated 1/4" o.d barbs, others may be ordered separately) , the other pictures are just to show how it can be used if other "Adder Modules" are combined with it. Also shown is what other fittings
could
be used with it. You get a
BASE Module and an ADDER Module pre-assembled resulting in a DUAL STAGE boost controller.

IT allows adding "adder blocks" now or later to upgrade to as many boost levels as you want.

to turn you mbc into a dual stage or to turn your dual stage in to a triple stage etc.
In this DUAL stage configuration it means you can select one or two boost levels from the cockpit just by flicking a switch.
Possible switching control methods:
Momentary push button on steering wheel or gear shift knob to allow "scramble/passing" mode.
Octane /valet/traction (hidden) switch to allow low power for safety or slippery conditions. Or high power when using race gas etc.
Fail safe when integrated with water injection; if water tank is low, automatically switch to low boost.
Boost by gear via simple microswitch on gear lever or microcontroller.
Boost vs throttle position via microswitch on throttle cam or pedal or by special tps sensing box (contact us).

We got tired of cheap or overpriced boost valves that did not last, or did not gate properly….so we designed our own!! We made it so the barbs are parallel instead of having sloppy hose routing that happens with 90 degree designs.
This is a clean no bling minimalist design with quality design,construction and materials.
GATED valve
for fastest turbo spool up possible with your set-up . Many of the cheaper multicolored silver knob type
valves are just a needle valve which bleeds boost (slow spool). This valve is gated which means it does not open until just before the desired boost level
is reached, this keeps the waste gate from creeping open to provide fastest spool.
Some low quality boost controllers have a needle valve and then an
"afterthought" gated "T" fitting, these are less clean of an installation AND the gate is not adjustable, it is just set at a low level ,this does not get you the fastest spool for your boost set point. Our gate automatically adjusts when the main boost level is adjusted for quickest spool up.

Easier to set up than PWM style boost controllers ,faster to get a stable boost.
INCREDIBLY RUGGED no diaphragm design to break/tear.
LED on solenoid indicates what stages are active for easier configuration.
Remotely controlled from cockpit with switch BUT the controller is located near the waste-gate, this keeps the plumbing short for fast and stable boost response, it also keeps hissing noises and fumes out of the cabin!
No hoses need to be routed through the firewall, just one small wire for a dual stage controller.
ACCURATE and stable because the mechanism itself senses and reacts to turbo pressure (closed loop).

: Just flick the switch in the cockpit to instantly change the boost setting to the PRESET boost target no "dialing" in the target every time.

Fine thread adjustment shaft for fine boost
adjustments, about 2 psig per turn, boost range 5-40 psig.
Lock ring ...it will never loose adjustment.
Full length spring for accurate adjustments and proper seating (flat coil ends)
(some other boost controllers use a cut spring because they can't fit a full length one in the brass hardware style home made controller)
Coined (for seat hardness and shape) AND 6 micron diamond honed seat for best sealing and long life)
Most valves only have a rough machined seat, WE do two extra machining operations.
We use a Borosilicate valve element because it is harder,smoother (best seal) and does not corrode. It is also lighter than steel or stainless steel . Lighter means the spring & seat last forever AND the response is extremely fast.
Fittings with Barbs that hold to over 60 psi (that's all our test gauge went up to)- even without clamps, we do recommend some type of clamp for bullet proof installation (heat shrink gives a nice clean look)
OH my , it even has mounting holes!!!
And we sized the hole so you can tap in 10-32 if you want. Pre drilled to correct size for tap, just run the tap through it. Or you can use it as a through hole for #6 screws.
