    Description

    This auction is for a unique antique Shoe Buckle. It is known as a colonial style buckle. It came out of a civil war collection of 50+ years.  It is 2 1/2" x 2". It has a brownish patina and appears to be brass. The tongue and teeth move freely. There is a stamped mark, looks like LS, US or IS.  One side of the tongue has tip missing. Ove all it is a nice recovered piece but no not know where it was located or found. Look at the pictures and if you have any questions or concerns please contact me before placing bid.
