A better description would be "Pre-Owned." The majority of my figures haven't been played. I did buy most of these through eBay (I stopped buying the blind boxes a while back), so I can't vouch for the previous owners, but most of them were described as being in new condition. If they were in terrible condition and falling apart, I wouldn't have bought them let alone sell them to somebody else.
