Details:
New, revolutionary, end-all, do-all, rock-hard, WHITE, cement-like, stainable foam finish coat. Use directly on foam, or as a finish coating over All Purpose or Exterior Foam Coat. Easy to make it look just like wood, stone, metal and bone. Compatible with our Boost and Grit. Perfect base for creating gorgeous natural tints with acid stains or our StainFast water based stain system. Use indoors or out. Fire, rain, freeze, and sun resistant.

Instructions:
Mixing:
Mix 2 parts water to 5 parts powder until you have a smooth paste. Do not over-mix.
Applying:
From 1/32 inch to 1/2 inch. Use a brush or trowel. Try texturing surface before coating sets
Set Time:
Use within 30 mins. Hard in 1-2 hrs. Max strength and bond in 24 hrs.
Finishing:
Smooth or texture while drying. Sandable. Stain or paint. Add Grit for a rock-like surface.
Clean-Up:
Clean tools and brushes with clean, soapy water before coating hardens.
Our Hot Wire tools work best on rigid polystyrene foams, also known as expanded polystyrene (also known as EPS, Styrofoam or bead-board foam) and extruded polystyrene foam (also known as XEPS or XPS or insulation foam). If you are unsure whether or not this tool will cut the foam you intend to cut, please contact us before buying. The Hot Wire tools will cut many kinds of foam, but always check with the foam manufacturer to make sure there are no health or safety hazards when using hot wire tools.
NOTE:
Polyurethane foam (aka upholstery foam) should not be cut with hot wire tools. It needs a ton of heat, gives off toxic fumes, and leaves a lot of melted plastic wherever it is cut. We recommend that the polyurethane foams only be cut with a blade or saw.

Please remove the knife carefully from the box so as not to permanently bend or break the blade - it should readjust itself and go straight again.

This product is warranted for non-commercial use as follows: For 90 days from the original date of purchase, HWFF, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace a defective unit free of
charge, if the unit is defective due to an original manufacturer’s defect. This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or unit failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Except as herein expressly set forth, HWFF, Inc. shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of the equipment. The consumer’s sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as expressly provided above.
