It is attribute it to Salviati.  This is a large example you just do not come across. It is approximately eight and three-quarter inches across at top. It stands approximately seven and three-quarter inches tall. Just imagine this piece in the center of a table with a floral arrangement. For sure to be noticed and admired. Again, you do not find these examples in this size.
