The listing is for the Old Vintage Leopard Frog Hand Carved Painted Wood Pin Artist Briner Signed Brooch 1990 Frog collectible pictured only.
This hand carved wooden leopard frog shaped brooch features raised and recessed details.
The pin is highlighted by hand pained shades of green, black and white.
On the back it is signed Briner 86.
For decades Marty Briner carver with Joyce Briner painter have been prolific artists who create intricately carved wooden birds, turtles and other wildlife. Their work has been entered in competitions, sold at shows and on displayed at the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness, New Hampshire.
The pin could be used as a hat pin, lapel pin, scarf pin, for a vest, a tie, or cravat.
This pin is approximately 1 1/2 inches by approximately 2 1/4 inches.
