    REVOLUTIONARY WAR-DATED MANUSCRIPT CONTAINING 221 PAGES OF RELIGIOUS TEXT PERSONALLY OWNED AND HANDWRITTEN BY THE WHEATON FAMILY OF NEW YORK CITY FROM 1777 TO 1780
    The manuscript contains 254 pages (of which 221 are manuscript pages) on laid watermarked paper, partly paginated from 3 to 81, in the German language, contains a few 19th century entries, bound in full sheep skin, housed in a custom archival box, and in very good condition with the front cover missing, spine partly disbound and broken in two places, lacking the first leaf (which would have been paginated 1 and 2), three leaves excised, and some leaves having closed tears.
