Summer 1957 Disneyland Holiday Publication - Good Condition

Summer 1957 Disneyland Holiday brochure in good overall condition.   16 pages, mostly black and white but the front and back covers are color, as are the middle two pages.  It looks like the brochure was folded and there is a crease down the middle that has mostly flattened out.  There is a 1 inch tear that aligns with the crease at the top of the front cover and the first page after that.  There is some wear on the top right corner.  Apart from these defects, all of the pages are very readable and colors are bright - no stains, writing, etc.
