Product Description
The Universal Pole Kit by Squirrel Stopper features a sturdy, rust-resistant design, sure to hold up to even the largest and heaviest birdhouses and birdfeeders. The three sections attach easily and the included heavy-duty auger is the same style made popular by the original Squirrel Stopper Pole System. This mounting pole is designed to mount bird houses, bird feeders that can mount from the bottom and another other plate mounted outdoor accessory. We recommend using this pole for our Ultimate Bluebird House, Fly Thru Bird Feeder, Hopper Bird Feeder and Wood Duck House.
The Universal Pole Kit is innovative in design, with a 1 1/4" diameter that tapers to the "universal" 1 inch diameter top. The included universal mounting flange allows for an object to be mounted on top or on the side of the flange. If the side mount is used, a plug is included to stop water from entering the pole from the open top mount. The overall height is 79.5", and stands nearly 5' tall in-ground when installed to the ground sticker marked at the bottom pole section.

Sales tax will be charged to all sales within Indiana.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Custom’s fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick up the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms - doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued refund minus the 20% restock fee.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer, and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Upon request, JCs Wildlife will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse which will be deducted from the refund. JCs Wildlife will deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount upon inspection of the returned item. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
