VINTAGE ~ 1950's ~ PLASTIC LAYERED TULIPS WITH LONG STEMS & LEAVES ~ MULTI COLOR
CONDITION:
These are five (5) beautiful plastic Tulips that were part of my Aunt's collection from the mid-50's and are in great condition considering how old they are.  They are made of heavy duty plastic and show little or no wear.  These have been displayed behind a glass enclosed cabinet and have been well taken care of in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.  Please view pictures above for more detail.
DESCRIPTION:
Five Tulips ~ 2 Orange; 1 Lavender/Purple; 1 Yellow; 1 Red-White mix;
Each Tulip is made up of 6 layers of petals, all bound and wired together onto a long green heavy-duty stem.  Each Stem has a very large Leaf that is fastened to it;
Inside each Tulip are seven inner seedlings that show through the open top of the tulip;
Each Tulip measures - from top to bottom - 15" tall;
Each Tulip "bulb" measures 3" tall; Can stay closed or opened quite wide;
Each Leaf measures 6" long and 1 1/2" wide;
Each Stem measures 12 3/4" long.
There are no marks.  Maker unknown;
