Items are shipped using USPS, FedEx, and UPS Ground. All items that are
Free Shipping
will be shipped using the carrier of the discretion of The Seller. Items are ship to AFO/APO AK, HI, PR and US Territories.  Once the item is shipped Ebay automatically sends tracking information. Items purchased Monday - Thursday will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Items do not ship on weekends. Items purchased Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the following Monday.  Items purchased on Holidays will ship the following weekday.
Once and Again Fashion Emporium offers a no frills shipping. Wrapping paper or protective packaging will be used only if necessary. Clothing, for example, will be shipped in a poly bag without the use of wrapping paper.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Items shipped to Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Europe, Russian Federation, and Australia will ship First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the item. Items shipped to North and South America, Mexico, Brazil and France must be shipped Priority Mail. Asia, China and all other regions must use the Ebay Global Shipping Program.
Import duties, Tariffs, Fees and Fines that may be levied by Countries, territories and regions are fully and solely the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns are happily accepted under the following conditions: Please use the EBAY request for returns.
Items must be returned in the same condition shipped within seven days after receiving your package.
Returns are not accepted on: Cd's, DVDs, books, artwork, or fragrances (with exception).
Returns are accepted on all items that are returned due to a listing error. Seller will pay the return shipping cost.
Cost of return for any other item will be at the expense of buyer.
