Vintage PK Polan Katz Co. Floral Ruffled Umbrella Parasol

Vintage umbrella possibly by Polan Katz Co.  Very pretty floral pattern.  The sheath has the PK logo on it but the umbrella's snap says Rau Klikit.  The sheath has a tear in the seam and will need to be sewn.  It also doesn't cover the umbrella in its entirety due to the ruffle so I'm not sure if the sheath actually belongs to this particular umbrella......although, the sheath's material does seem to match with the material on the ruffle.
The umbrella has a lightweight metal frame with what I think is a hard plastic handle.  There are no holes or tears in the fabric but some light stains, possibly water marks and the ruffle has some fading to the stitches on the edge.
I'm not sure of the fabric, it is very lightweight. Could be silk or possibly polyester.
