This is an adorable vintage SHAWNEE POTTERY COMPANY DUTCH GIRL JILL “COOKY” COOKIE JAR that is in excellent vintage condition and does show minor wear, see pictures.  Please note s

Dimensions: 11 7/8 inches high, 8 inches wide, and 6 ½ inches deep.
Shawnee Pottery Company started in Ohio in 1937 and continued until 1961 specializing in the manufacture of vases, flowerpots, planters, lamps, cookie jars, salt and pepper shakers and novelty ware.  Since its closing, their products have become some of the most desirable on collectors’ list.
We have had the pleasure of owning this unique cookie jar in our private collection for over thirty-five years.  It has been used for display purposes only in a glass display case in a completely smoke and pet free environment while in our possession.
